**Beginning March 2nd, every guests of Atlantis, The Cove Atlantis, and The Reef Atlantis (but not Harborside Resort) will be required to pay a resort fee of $45.00 plus a $3.38 VAT charge per room per night.
The Resort Fee will include the following services:
Ø Wi-Fi in guest rooms and lobby areas for up four (4) devices
Ø Access to the Fitness Center: Up to 2 persons per day per room
o Fitness center access entitles guests to complimentary use of the cardio studio, universal and free weights only. Tennis, fitness classes and personal training sessions are not included.
Ø Two (2) 12 oz. bottles of water daily per room.

Ø Access to the Atlantis Movie Theater

o Atlantis Signature Retail locations include: Atlantis Signature Stores (Crystal Court, Royal Towers and Marina Village), Atlantis Kids, Atlantis Baby, Escape at The Cove, Fitness Center Retail Store, Dolphin Cay Retail Store and The Dig Retail Store. Discount does not apply to independent retail outlets including but not limited to sundry shops, jewelry stores, couture boutiques and souvenir photos.
o Retail discount is applied only when charges are signed or posted to the guest room folio.
o The 20% retail discount does not apply on "sale” or reduced price merchandise
Taxes & Fees
· All Guests will be required to pay a mandatory gratuity of (i) up to $10.00 per person per day depending on unit type for Atlantis guests, (ii) up to $9.50 per person per day depending on unit type for Harborside Resort guests, and (iii) up to $12.00 per person per day depending on unit type for The Cove Atlantis or The Reef Atlantis guests.
· All mandatory gratuities, taxes, levies, surcharges, resort fees and service fees are subject to change without notice. These charges are represented in the tax column on your e-confirmation.
· Atlantis room rates are based on double occupancy.
o Additional guests are subject to a charge of $50 per night, plus VAT and other taxes, for each additional person 12 years old and older.
· All Guests for travel beginning January 1, 2015 a 7.5% VAT charge will be applied to all goods and services consumed in the Bahamas. All fees and levies are subject to change without notice.
